10-4-08, Back on the Wagon

First workout back on the wagon. Tried to do my notes on my workout list with my left hand. Very messy. Very short cuz I couldn’t write well or quickly and dont have much time between supersets.

Notes to remember: My hand is shakey and it is not easy to write left handed with a shakey hand. Overall, good workout, 35 min total.
